Hey all,
We hope you're well.
Within this update we wanted to quickly check in to ensure everyone knows what stage the campaign is now at.
Fulfilment
As of the 3rd of June 2019 ALL backers should now have tracking numbers. If you do not have a tracking number your first port of call should be to check your spam box within your email portal.
If you cannot find a tracking email, please email: [email protected] and we'll be on hand to help.
Shipping times
A friendly reminder that non-express tracking can take 3 working days to go 'live' and a further 25-35 days for delivery.
We suggest using 17track.net to track packages.
Survey
There are still around 100 or so backers who never completed their survey. This may be a cause of not receiving a tracking number.
We are now in full swing with on demand orders for SilverSocks on Indiegogo. If you fancy another pair or are struggling for the perfect gift, look no further. We are now shipping everyday and are in ample stock!
